For more than two decades, I've worked across local and federal government, higher education, consulting, and workforce environments—designing learning experiences, leading programs, and supporting complex initiatives.
Today, that experience comes together through The Bias Approach: Learning Experience Design, Program Strategy & Management, and Organizational Change & Readiness. My work also includes facilitation, moderation, and the development of workshops and learning experiences that help people turn ideas, expertise, and conversations into practical next steps.
